SMART requirements as follows: 

1) Malaysian citizen 

2) 25 years old and below 

3) Minimum 2nd Class Upper / CGPA 3.3 or equivalent 

4) Active involvement and demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular activities   

5) Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, PR, Market Research, Finance & Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering (Civil/Structural/ Electrical/Mechanical/Quantity Surveying), Architecture, Construction Management and other related disciplines. 

Fresh graduates who join us for June/July 2011 intake will go through a structured 2-year Development Programme to develop skills to enable you to effectively lead the Sunway Group in the future.
